Membership Application

Dear potential 100 Black Men of Long Beach members;

We appreciate your interest in becoming a member of “100 Black Men of Long Beach” and we look forward to receiving your application. A membership application is attached. The annual membership cost is $335. You will be updated as to the status of your application one week after it is received.

The primary purpose of “100 Black Men of Long Beach” is to provide charitable and related technical assistance to educational, health, wellness, economic development, transportation, housing, clothing and human needs related to persons and groups with particular interest to those who are children, seniors and single parents in or around Long Beach, California.

The “100 Black Men of Long Beach” will be submitting an application to become a charter member of “100 Black Men of America, Inc.” (The national/international body) Membership applications that are received and approved prior to our formal application submittal to the “100 Black Men of America, Inc.” will become a “Founding Member”. It is not mandatory that you live or work in Long Beach to become a member of this chapter.

Please submit you completed membership application soon, along with your optional bio, to ensure that we have a sufficient number of applications to go forward with our “National Chapter Membership” request. Full payment should be included with your application. If it is a challenge to include full payment with your application, three (3) installment payments could be made as long as full payment is received by June 15, 2009.
